📌 Coiled Watch — sustained RSI compression

The "coiled spring" watchlist. A coin qualifies when all three hold:

1) Compression — RSI(14) held ≤ 74 for ≥ 20 days on at least one of 4H / 6H / 8H. Brief pops above 74 (≤2 consecutive bars) are absorbed; age caps at 365 days.
2) Trend intact — daily close held at-or-above SMA(377) for the last 30 days. Coins younger than 377 daily bars bypass this rule — their ">377 Age" shows an N/A young pill (check the Listed column to see how young).
3) Support nearby — latest daily close 0–10% above at least one of SMA50 / SMA100 / EMA200 / SMA377.

Column glossary — TFs: which timeframes currently qualify (≥20d). 4H/6H/8H Age: days of continuous compression per timeframe (purple ≥180d, blue ≥90d). >377 Age: days the daily close has held above SMA377. MA Gate: nearest MA below and % above it. MAs Below/Above: the full sandwich context.

Range selector — Latest shows the most recent run; 24h/48h/72h union-merge all archived runs in that window (most recent row per coin wins) so nothing slips through between runs. 🎯 restricts to your Targeted Tickers.

💡 Use case — long compressions with intact trends tend to resolve violently. Sort the age columns descending; the longest-coiled coins near support are the watchlist. Schedule: 3×/day at 00:40 / 08:40 / 16:40 UTC.
